Sharon is a Broker Associate and a
member of the Board of Directors of Coldwell Banker Home Owners
Realty. She has been providing professional real estate service to
the Grand Junction community for 25 years. Sharon has ranked #1 in
Colorado in total Units and Total Listings Sold. She is among the
top 3% of Realtors Nationwide and has been the Top Producing Realtor
at Coldwell Banker Home Owners Realty for over 18 consecutive years.
Sharon, along with her husband Larry and
Sandy Grant and Associate Alexi Vaughn have built a strong real estate business always making
their valued clients the #1 priority. |

Larry joined his
wife Sharon as a Real Estate Broker at Coldwell Banker Home
Owners Realty 22 years ago, following a successful career in
automobile rentals and sales. He has a background of 35 years in
sales, marketing, and management. Larry's primary duties
with The Vaughn Team include management and marketing. He also
handles investments, and property management for the Vaughn's
corporation.

Sandy Grant |
Sandy is the closing manager for the Vaughn Team. She is a Broker Associate with 28 years
experience in real estate and in real estate closings. Sandy's
professional background provides our customers with the utmost in
confidence that their transaction will be completed with the
greatest of care and accuracy. |

Alexi is a
talented, energetic individual who enjoys helping, and working
with people. Her recent decision to join Coldwell Banker’s
Vaughn team has been exciting for her as well as the Vaughn’s.
She instills her heart and mind into the emotions customers face
in decisions regarding buying and selling a home. Born and
raised in Grand Junction, Alexi has exceptional knowledge of the
valley’s locations, attractions, and outdoor recreation, as well
as the ability to relate to customers of various interests and
backgrounds. Her strong will, efficiency and motivation are a
tribute to success in her professional, and family life. Alexi
Vaughn provides for a fun and friendly home buying or selling

Rhonda Solawetz |
Rhonda is the newest member of The Vaughn
Team. After working for a year with administrative duties at
Coldwell Banker, Rhonda became a Broker Associate, she has never
looked back. She says; " I love my job, which makes it easy to
have a positive attitude and lots of enthusiasm." She has a
genuine desire to help while using her knowledge and professionalism
to help clients obtain their goal. Rhonda is a real "people
person" and realizes the importance of her client's decision to
buy or sell a home. She is committed to providing excellent
